Practice steps:
1. The suggestion for chicken wings is to buy chicken wings from old chickens, the skin is more crispy. It's hard to find fresh chicken wings though. Chicken feet are also fresh chicken feet. Rinse all off and let dry slightly. Prepare some ginger slices to blanch in water.

Coat each chicken foot and wing with flour. Personally, I think it tastes better if marinated overnight. In addition, boil water in a pot, prepare a bowl and pour water into it. Wash the yellow gardenia and crush it (it is easy to color when smashed), add 30 grams of salt-baked chicken powder, salt chicken essence, dark soy sauce (dark soy sauce is also for coloring, you can add it or not.)

5. After the water is boiled, pour in the seasoning and wait for it to boil again. Cook the chicken wings for 15 minutes first, then add the chicken feet and cook for another 5 minutes. Don't take it out when the time is up, soak it for 10 minutes. Take it out and let it cool under a fan.

6. The delicious salt-baked chicken feet are ready and ready to eat.
